Luxury Picnic FAQs

  • Our services are now available throughout Southwest Florida. For picnics beyond our service area, there will be a travel fee of at least $50, which will always be included in your quote. Please note that we require picnic locations to be easily accessible by car, as our equipment is heavy and abundant, and we are unable to hike to picnic sites.

  • We require full payment for any of our packages.

  • We recommend booking your picnic as far in advance as possible. The earlier you book, the better chance you have of securing your desired date and ensuring that we can meet all of your needs. We suggest booking at least three weeks in advance to allow ample time for planning and preparation.

  • We understand that unexpected circumstances or weather conditions may cause changes to your plans. We highly recommend taking into account the weather when booking your picnic, and we will also monitor it. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, we kindly request a 72-hour notice in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • Due to Florida Parks & Recreation regulations, we do not provide alcohol as a drink option.

  • Please do not worry about anything else after your picnic ends. Simply show up and enjoy your picnic while we take care of the rest.

  • Certainly! Families are always welcome to enjoy a picnic with us. When making your reservation, please include the number of children aged 2 and older in your guest count. Please note that we only provide pillow seating, so we suggest bringing any necessary items to keep your children comfortable. Additionally, please keep in mind that if any equipment is damaged during your picnic, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

  • Feel free to bring your furry friends to enjoy the picnic, but please make sure that they are allowed in the park you have chosen. Kindly inform us in the comments section while requesting your quote. However, please keep in mind that you are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment during the picnic.

  • Our picnic packages are typically scheduled for 2 or 3 hours, and we have found this to be the ideal duration based on our experience organizing picnics. Nevertheless, if you would like to extend the time, we are happy to offer that option as well for an additional cost of $45 per hour.
